a few things

This is the last standing squash; it's the Floridor. It actually was the only plant that was totally untouched by the fungus and has the third true leaf peeking out. I took the chance and transplanted the surviving seedlings to egg cartons to hopefully save them from the fungus. I hope they make it! I also decided to retry the 2 other squashes plus some jalapeños since none of those survived either. I planted the new seeds into an egg carton with coir from target.

In other news, my new point-and-shoot came today. Both of these pictures were taken under low light, but they turned out wonderfully. The seedling picture was taken in the fading natural light, and I had to brighten it up a little. It still has some noise, but even with the slight manipulation, the picture is still an improvement over my previous camera, which is over 6 years old so I would hope it's an improvement. ♥ my new camera!
